Covid - 19 Booking & Cancellation Policy

We will take a £100 deposit to secure all bookings, the balance for your booking will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date. In the event that we are not able to honour your booking due to Covid 19 restrictions, we will firstly offer to re book your holiday within a 12 month period from your arrival date. If you decide to re book at a different time of the year there may be a charge or refund for the difference in price. If this I not suitable we will offer a full refund.


If you are not able to come for your booking due to Covid 19 restrictions in your area stopping you from travelling, we will firstly offer to re book your holiday within a 12 month period from your arrival date. If you are unable to come for your booking due a member of your family contracting Covid 19 and therefore having to isolate. We will upon receiving proof of the diagnosis offer to re book your holiday within a 12 month period from your arrival date. If you decide to re book at a different time of the year there may be a charge or refund for the difference in price. If this I not suitable we will offer a full refund.
